Jag fick för mig att köpa ett par skor. Sprang runt lite i affärer men hittade inget jag ville ha så jag gick in på nätet och hittade dessa. Jag tänkte , varför inte testa och se om det funkar. La in en beställning på skorna och sedan väntade jag.
När skorna inte dök upp så loggade jag in på deras service sida och såg att ordern var avbeställd så jag emailade service avdelningen och frågade vad som var fel och fick detta till svar.

Det ringer hela tiden på telefonen och det är nästan alltid telefonsäljare och när numret inte syns då bryr jag mig inte att svara. Jag la in en ny order och försökte igen. Den ordern blev också avbryten och jag frågade varför och jag fick detta svar.

Ohh well . will not do that. I mean I live in Sweden. I use email communication due to it being effective way to communicate and I just dont want to spend extra money to call all the way to the US. I placed a new order.

My point to buying over internet is just to not have to call the place im buying from from the other side of the planet. I dont understand how a communication over internet through email isnt working for you people over there in the americas. This is the first time this ever happend to me. I cannot understand how any problem cannot be corrected through email communication.
I need to mention this on my blog that its big difficulties to process a buy over internet if you live in Sweden because they cannot do anything before one calls them in the US. Im doing this to test new ways to buy stuffs as shoes. I can tell you Im bored when going to the local shoppingcenter and look at the stuff they provide there.
I guess I will call konsumentverket to share my experience. Konsumentverket is a Swedish government run agency that gather and give advice when it comes to consumers interests towards the businesses. Maybe you can tell me whats the point buying over internet when one need to call to the other side of the planet when things arent working out.
One hand isnt knowing what the other hand is doing it seemes like over there. Consumer service cannot give service because the line of communication isnt working perfectly beteween consumer service department and processing department within shoebuy.com.
The only thing I want to know is why the order was cancelled. You cannot answer that , instead you recommend me to make a phonecall from Sweden to USA to ask you folks what went wrong instead of you just simply telling what went wrong.

I give up. I cannot even know what is the problem when it comes to the order and the only way I can without calling your processing department. I live in Sweden and I prefer to not use the phone calling to the other side of the planet. Maybe you can emagine what it would cost you to call me while you are off duty and not calling on the behalf of the company.
I understand the following.
1. Your processing department cannot be reached through email.
2. The service department cannot pass on the message to the processing department more than just get message from the processing deparment (By email or by phone I wonder).
I can only guess why the order didnt go through , and you cannot say what the problem is and thats what Im asking for so I can correct the problem so the order go through so your company that you at service deparment can earn some money to the company.
I conclude the following, you dont want me to be your customer. You cannot give service so its time for me to take my not wanted dollars elsewere and find someone that apreciate to do business with me.
Im tired of this and this is a lose / lose situation. Good Bye.

Nu är jag för tusan urless på dem. Jag ville testa och lyckades med att komma i kontakt med ett företag som inte ens kan skicka email med förklaringar. Naturligtvis kan jag ringa dem men jag ser helt enkelt inte varför kommunikationen kan skötas genom email. Det är inte kostnaden i sig själv att ringa utan själva principen.
Jag har funderat på ifall de undrar ifall jag försöker blåsa dem när det gäller ett konto kort som de tror att jag inte är ägare till. Jag ser inte hur ett telefonsamtal kan i så fall försäkra dem om att jag finns och att det är jag som beställer i mitt eget namn.
Jag får la kånka iväg till skoaffären och köpa ett par skor som jag inte väljer i första hand.
